1. Services

Doggy Decorum, LLC provides professional dog training services, consultations, and related support. All services are subject to availability and may require an initial evaluation before acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog is determined to be unsafe, excessively aggressive, or if client cooperation is not maintained.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or consultation.
• Payment may be required in advance for packages or sessions.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Any refund requests are handled at the sole discretion of Doggy Decorum, LLC.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their dog's health, behavior, and bite history.
• Maintain current vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
• Follow all training instructions and safety protocols provided.
• Ensure a safe environment for trainers during sessions.

Failure to follow training instructions may affect results, and Doggy Decorum, LLC is not responsible for lack of progress due to client non-compliance.

5. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves working with animals that may behave unpredictably. By participating in training services, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with dog training activities.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Doggy Decorum, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

• Actions or behavior of the client's dog
• Injuries to people or other animals
• Property damage caused by the dog
• Incidents occurring outside of direct trainer supervision

7. Training Results Disclaimer

Dog training results vary based on:

• The dog's temperament and history
• The consistency of the client
• Environmental factors

Doggy Decorum, LLC does not guarantee specific results.

8. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Doggy Decorum, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within Virginia.
